Collin Earl

Collin Earl grew up with his older brother Ryan in Moses Lake, Washington. Collin attended law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law where he excelled in the areas of trial, negotiation, and insurance law. Collin parlayed his academic excellence into an internship into one of the most prestigious personal injury laws in Colorado. Since that first position, Collin has worked for some of the largest personal injury law firms in Colorado.

Since starting Earl & Earl, PLLC with his older brother, Collin now manages Earl & Earl’s Civil Litigation Practice. Collin is an advocate of the trial process and is not afraid to take a case to trial. When Collin is not litigating cases, he enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Ryan Earl

Attorney at Law

Ryan grew up in Moses Lake, Washington. The oldest of five children, Ryan attended Brigham Young University for a year before leaving for a two-year mission trip to Yucatan Peninsula. Ryan now speaks fluent Spanish, a skill that he uses daily in his law practice. Upon returning from the Yucatan peninsula, Ryan completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University before enrolling in the University of Idaho School of Law. Ryan has always had his own practice and before forming Earl & Earl PLLC with his younger brother he was a sole practitioner. Ryan’s practice has long focused on high profile criminal defense cases.

Ryan now leads the civil rights, criminal, and bankruptcy section of Earl & Earl, PLLC. In 2014, following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Ryan join the Army National Guard. When Ryan is not fighting for his client’s civil rights, Ryan enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and children, and riding his motorcycle.

Joshua Robnett

Attorney at Law

Joshua Robnett is an attorney in the Law Firm of Earl & Earl. He practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, and products liability. Mr. Robnett is a former associate of the prestigious Colorado Springs law firm, Melat, Pressman & Higbie and a partner in the law firm of Melat & Robnett.

Mr. Robnett is actively involved in the local legal community and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He is the co-author of a chapter in the Colorado Auto Litigator’s Handbook entitled “Claims Against the Insurance Carrier for Breach, Bad Faith, and Unreasonable Delay.”
Mr. Robnett is a Chicago native and completed his undergraduate work at Northern Illinois University and earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Robnett served in the United States Army from 1989 to 1993.

Denise Haack

Attorney at Law

Denise grew up in Davis, California, the daughter of a criminal defense lawyer and the oldest of three children. Denise graduated from California State University,and attended both Sonoma State and Sacramento State for her degree in Government. While in college, Denise worked as a legal assistant in her father’s law office. Denise then went on to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In her final year of law school, Denise interned in the Felony Division of the Denver Public Defender’s Office and was a student law clerk in the Denver County Juvenile Court.

Denise has a diverse civil litigation practice encompassing the areas of Family Law and Contract Disputes but also has a thriving transactional law practice which includes Estate Planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Oil and Gas. Denise’s goal is always to procure the best outcome for her clients, whether through well-crafted contracts and agreements or through litigation. In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring Colorado’s great outdoors, reading, and cooking.

Brian E. Hefner

Brian grew up in Nampa, Idaho, the oldest of three children. After high school, he attended the Los Angles Chapter of the National Machining and Tooling Association Training Center and was a precision machinist for almost thirty years before attending law school. Brian started working for Earl & Earl in January of 2010 as Ryan Earl’s paralegal, before attending law school at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.

Brian’s desire to become an attorney was driven by his desire to help people. One of his favorite quotes is “I hate bullies and I love sticking up for the ‘little guy.’” Brian is married and has three children and five step-children. When Brian is not slaying giants, he enjoys restoring Chrysler muscle cars and watching motorsports.

Corbin Earl

Corbin Earl is located in Moses Lake, Washington, and was born and raised in Moses Lake. Corbin grew up around a family full of lawyers and has spent significant time learning from all of them. Corbin graduated from the University of Utah. Most of Corbin’s experience is in bankruptcy, real estate, personal injury, and estate planning.

Corbin is happy to be back in Moses Lake, serving the community that has been so special to him. He knows that the people of Moses Lake want a lawyer that offers a personal connection and helps them to feel comfortable. Corbin gives extra time and personalized attention to every client, and every case.

When Corbin is not in the office or at the courthouse, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing on the lake, supporting the community, and traveling.

Jonathan Edwards

Jonathan’s ties to Moses Lake span three generations and he is happy to be back working in the community where he was born and raised. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Finance with honors, Jon graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law school.

​Based on his academic excellence in law school, Jon obtained the opportunity to be a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jim D. Pappas at the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho. During his almost three years as a clerk, Jon deepened his understanding of the law and the inner workings of the courts and honed his legal research and writing skills. Now establishing his practice in Moses Lake, Jon provides legal services in the areas of bankruptcy, business, real estate, wills and estate, and civil litigation. ​
